Experience
I have many years of experience in various roles in public administration, at the intersection of organisation and digitalisation. My conviction: digital transformation is rarely complicated. It only becomes difficult when organisations stop at strategy papers and principles instead of actually taking action. Acting does not mean skipping diligence. It means deciding with what you know and adjusting course as soon as you know more. I consider this willingness to decide under uncertainty more important than the detail question of which tools, processes and skills to digitalise or optimise. Digital transformation is first and foremost a matter of people and leadership, not something to be treated as purely technical. My workshops, moderation and keynotes are about exactly this step: from paper to practice.
